As the trading day kicked off on Tuesday, AstraZeneca emerged as the front-runner among the Nasdaq 100 index, with its shares gaining a solid 1.9%. However, the pharmaceutical giant has witnessed a decline of approximately 2.7% in its overall value since the beginning of the year.
On the other end of the spectrum, The Trade Desk experienced a less-than-stellar start, with its shares plummeting by 6.1%. Despite its rocky start to the day, The Trade Desk boasts an impressive year-to-date gain of 16.0%, showcasing resilience amidst the day’s downturn.
Joining the ranks of companies in motion are Advanced Micro Devices, with a 4.0% decrease in trading, and Dollar Tree, which saw a 1.5% uptick in daily trading.
